Returns

At Nuvola Sofa, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please review our return policy below for details on returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the invoice date.
  • Items must be in their original packaging, with no signs of use, wear, or damage.
  • Returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% unless it is a factory defect.
  • Notification of return must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise.

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Products that have been clearly identified as non-returnable on the Product Details Page (marked as "Final Sale").
  • Products that have been installed or assembled.
  • Products that are not in the original condition and packaging.
  • Items delivered via white glove delivery are not eligible for return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at Sales@nuvolasofa.com.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the item back to us using your preferred carrier. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Upon receipt, items will be inspected for any damage by Manufacturers. Manufacturers reserve the right to partially or wholly accept or deny the return, or deduct any damage repair costs from the refund balance.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. To initiate a replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at Sales@nuvolasofa.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item.
  2. We will assess the damage and provide further instructions for the replacement process.
  3. Claims for damaged items must be made immediately.

Additional Policies:

Limited Warranty:

  • sohoConcept’s limited warranty does not cover any damages incurred during transportation and/or by mishandling. Any damages incurred from improper foot glide use will be considered improper use and is not covered under our limited warranty.
  • sohoConcept cannot be held responsible for loss or inconvenience due to changes in its offerings, dye lot differences, backorders, or production delays.

Freight Claims:

  • Any damages incurred to the product by the customer’s chosen carrier require the customer to file a freight claim. Please note that claims should be made within a reasonable time delay, e.g., 24 to 48 hours after receipt. All return items must be in their original box and packaging.

Exceptions and Exclusions:

  • Clearance, closeout, or returned items are not eligible for return.
