Cancellation Policy:

Cancel within 48 Hours:
Notify us within 48 hours to cancel your order.
Made-to-Order Items:
Cannot be canceled after 48 hours.
Shipped Orders:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on cancellations after shipping.

Return Policy:

30-Day Returns:
Return most items within 30 days of receipt.
Condition:
Items must be in original condition, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
Made-to-order items, installed/assembled items, and open box items.

Restocking Fee:
All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee unless it is a factory defect.

sohoConcept’s limited warranty does not cover any damages incurred during transportation and/or by mishandling. Any damages incurred from improper foot glide use will be considered improper use and is not covered under our limited warranty.

Responsibility:
sohoConcept cannot be held responsible for loss or inconvenience due to changes in its offerings, dye lot differences, backorders, or production delays.

Freight Claims:
Any damages incurred to the product by the customer’s chosen carrier require the customer to file a freight claim. Please note that claims should be made within a reasonable time delay, e.g., 24 to 48 hours after receipt. All return items must be in their original box and packaging.
